DesignSpecs is build for teams so that they can work together on the same projects simultaneously.

You can either work with direct colleagues or external users, such as (freelance) designers, project managers and suppliers. To keep control, administrators can determine who has access per project seperately.
How does this work?
Within the company there are two user roles: administrators and normal users. Administrators can create and edit projects. Also they are responsible for arranging acces to all projects by assigning projects to one or more internal and/or external users.
Which role users have depends on you and the way you work; you can decide the role of administrator and normal user for each employee.
