Exporting projects is one of the main features of DesignSpecs and is very easy:
- Go to “My Projects”
- Select a project
- Press the round, yellow “export” button on the project board
After pressing the “export” button a new page appears where you can select the content and style of your report. On this page you have the following possibilities:
Group by
You can group your results by room, category or brand
Optional fields
Some fields are optional: code, dealer and notes. Highlight any of these optional fields to include them in your report.
Selection
You can make a selection of the rooms, categories or brands you wish to export. Please note that this selection depends on your choice at “group by”
